美國前國務卿希拉蕊‧柯林頓認為中國國家主席習近平迫害女權份子，卻主持婦女峰會高談促進女權的行為「無恥」。針對此批評，中國官方《環球時報》評論則指責希拉蕊「用詞如此粗鄙，非常失禮」，讓人聯想到共和黨總統參選人、什麽都說的「大嘴」川普（Donald Trump）。而在社群媒體上，愛國心強的部落客們的發言更是口無遮攔。


Scientists presented evidence that liquid water flows on the freezing surface of Mars. Lujendra Ojha of the Georgia Institute of Technology and his colleagues analysed images captured by an orbiting NASA probe. They concluded that dark streaks visible during Martian summers are caused by the movement of water mixed with perchlorate salts, which act like an antifreeze. Water is considered a prerequisite for the existence of life on the red planet.

科學家在火星表面發現液態水證據

根據NASA火星勘測軌道衛星（Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter，MRO）拍到的照片，喬治亞理工學院Lujendra Ojha與其研究團隊推測：火星表面可見的黑色條紋為水與高氯酸鹽的混合，就像防凍劑一樣。而水是證明火星上有生命存在的條件。


Hundreds of Taliban fighters launched a successful surprise attack on the northern Afghan provincial capital of Kunduz, seizing the city’s centre and freeing hundreds of prisoners. The government said it was sending reinforcements. Kunduz would be the first provincial capital to fall to the Taliban since 2001.

塔利班奇襲 昆都茲淪陷

數百名塔利班戰士在阿富汗北部昆都茲省省府成功發動奇襲，控制了城市中心並釋放數百名囚犯，阿富汗政府表示已增派援軍趕往救援。昆都茲是2001年以來第一個被塔利班攻占的省府。
